Hii,

I have a question regarding OAI-PMH harvesting in DSpace-CRIS.

Is it possible to harvest metadata from an external DSpace repository into
DSpace-CRIS 2025.02.00 using the built-in OAI-PMH harvesting feature?

I configured a collection as a harvested collection and used the external
repository's OAI-PMH endpoint. The source repository supports metadata
formats such as *simple dc*, *dim*, *qdc*,... The OAI endpoint responds
correctly to the *Identify* and *ListMetadataFormats* requests.

However, although the harvest process completes, no metadata records are
imported into the collection.

I would appreciate your guidance on the following:

   1. Is metadata harvesting from another DSpace repository supported in
   DSpace-CRIS 2025.02.00?
   2. Which metadata format should be used when harvesting from a DSpace
   repository (oai_dc or dim)?
   3. Is there any additional configuration or mapping required to enable
   successful harvesting?
   4. Has anyone successfully configured metadata harvesting from an
external DSpace repository in DSpace-CRIS 2025.02.00?

Any advice, documentation, or working examples would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,
