Hello!
It looks like the list in your screenshot contains *sub-communities*
("Comunidades de esta comunidad"). However in DSpace, items can only be
submitted to *collections*, whereas communities can contain either
collections or sub-communities.
So you'll need to create a collection wherever you want to submit items,
and the collection should then appear in the "Add Item" menu. See Community
