Can anybody explain how the inclusion of the creative commons license during
the submissions process is supposed to work. Presently when I am submitting
material to dspace and I reach the "Submit: Use a Creative Commons License"
section, the creative commons license page comes up in a inner html frame,
asking me to select the particular license. When I do this, the page tells
me that I have selected whatever license and I should click here to proceed.
When I do this The inner frame shows blank (nothing) and the main page
dosen't change. I have to click on the "Skip Creative Commons" button to
move on to the distribution license page.
Is this correct? What does the creative commons section do? Also on some
systems behind a firewall, the creative commons link bombs out with the
message that only secure connections on port 443 are allowed.
