Hi Nina, the workflow steps are created logged in as admin:
- while creating a collection or - via edit of an existing collection a)Creating Workflow steps during collection creation In the intitial question you may check any of these - The submission workflow will include an accept/reject step - The submission workflow will include an accept/reject/edit metadata step - The submission workflow will include an edit metadata step Some further steps will ask you to assign epeople/groups to the prior selected workflow step. b) Already existing collections go to the collection and use edit in the admin bar in the right hand top corner. At the bottom after the form you'll find: - Accept/Reject Step - Accept/Reject/Edit Metadata Step - Edit Metadata Step each with either a create or two edit and delete buttons.
