I was being a bit lazy before, but I went and had a look at the changes file, and this functionality went in for 1.4, not 1.3.2, unfortunately: (Richard Jones) - Add 'visibility' element to input-forms.xml SF Patch #1368160 That's the patch number you need, although I have a feeling that Richard Rodgers might have made some changes to the final implementation - shouldn't make any significant difference, though. Although if you have the opportunity to upgrade to 1.4, it is recommended.
