Hello, I have a few questions about DSpace even I have read the DSpace's
documentation.

A month ago, we have a host with DSpace 1.4 installed with no problems.
After we've changed the host, the IP, etc, without a CNRI update.
DSpace is working well except handles. The handles that were created at
the old machine are working perfectly (and the handle-server is off),
but the handles created after this date are not working and they're
giving a Handle System error.
When I start the handle-server, the error.log shows me the following
Exception:
class net.handle.server.HdlTcpRequestHandler: Exception processing
request: HandleException (INTERNAL_ERROR) Unknown opCode in request: 0

which appears every 5 seconds.

And after a few minuts appears this one:
Error refreshing root info: HandleException (CANNOT_CONNECT_TO_SERVER)
132.151.1.179: java.io.InterruptedIOException: Connection timed out.
HandleException (CANNOT_CONNECT_TO_SERVER) 132.151.1.179:
java.io.InterruptedIOException: Connection timed out.
at net.handle.hdllib.HandleResolver.sendHttpRequest(HandleResolver.java:1895
............

My questions are:
1- What happens exactly when I start up the handle-server, what kind of
incoming and outgoing communications are there with GHR?
2- Why the old handles are working even the handle-server is off?
3- It's necessary run another time the make-config utility and upload
the .zip created to CNRI? It's enough with this step?

I hope that you can help me with that questions. Thank you
