Sorry, there's not enough information there to even make a guess. You might take a look in the tomcat logs for an error message.
If you don't see anything obvious in the logs, then delete the logs, bounce the tomcat, try to search again and send me the logs. It would also be helpful if you could make the server available for outside access.
