Hi Anny,We have digitized six books and deposited them in Dspace, which is fine but it's not 100% right now. The books are a few hundred pages and the download time is really long. We're thinking about pointing the urls to our streaming server to facilitate download times, but we haven't tackled that issue yet so I can't promise that it will help.
Here are a few examples: *Sami potatoes : living with reindeer and perestroika* https://dspace.ucalgary.ca/handle/1880/43545 *Passing on the knowledge : mapping human ecology in Wainwright, Alaska* https://dspace.ucalgary.ca/handle/1880/43530 *Faith, scepticism and personal identity * https://dspace.ucalgary.ca/handle/1880/43509 Shawna Shawna Sadler Coordinator, Digital Initiatives Libraries & Cultural Resources University of Calgary Phone: (403) 220-3739 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Each asset will have the ebook itself, key attributes like ISBN, Author, pages, Publisher, MARC record, book cover, thumbnail, and Meta data of this ebook.. Is this idea feasible? Any idea or propose solution is really appreciate. Thanks Best Regards, Anny
