We have a student is wishes to submit his theses which includes a 6 gig
video. He is willing to compress it but worries about loss of resolution.
Two question:
1. Does anyone have any recommendation regarding the size of files that
should be allow?
2. Does anyone know a compression ratio that still delivers reason web
based resolution?
