Greetings, I was wondering if it was possible to extend the various input-type choices available within input-forms.xml. I'm extending the UI for a Theses and Dissertations collection, and I need to be able to tie a date of birth to each author. I can add another repeatable date for dc.dateofbirth, but ideally, it'd be great if I could add a new input-type of "theses-author" which contained a family name and first name field, as well as a date field.
Is this possible within the current frame work? Will I need to do this by extending the inner workings instead? Running 1.4.2.
