Hi Keith,
Seems to be some date problem as http://dspace.udel.edu:8080/dspace-oai/request?verb=ListIdentifiers&from=2000-05-02&until=2007-05-02&metadataPrefix=oai_dc adding the optional arguments for "from" and "until" works. So there must be something with the implicit from earlist date until today for this request if no date range is given.
