Hi!
I was trying with managing individual collections with an account (X)
other than administrator account.
Steps taken
(1) Using Collection Administrators - edit, I added the account X
(2) Using Submitters - Edit, I added the account X (with out which it
gives an authorization error)
(3) the account X can authorize and approve/reject submissions. The
account X won't have access to DSpace admin interface.
Can anyone please suggest if this is the correct way to do this? I wish
to implement this in the production server.
