Hello Sunyeen, at the moment it is not possible to search by other fields than the creator in the item mapper.
There is a patch at Sourceforge for this: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1739899&group_id=19984&atid=319984 You might try this.
