As far as I know DSpace does not provide harvesting software, and even
if you were to use OAI to harvest, this protocol would only get you the
metadata. You might search around for some harvesting software that
will work at your site. We have one here, which I belive I can make
available if you'd like. Let me know.

Hello,
I was wondering if it's possible for Dspace to have a collection
imported from another OAI repository? Because I need only one collection
from another OAI repository, and it's not suitable at the moment the
creation of a portal with a metadata harvest engine.
In concrete terms, i would like to know if Dspace can also act as a
metadata harvester?
Does anyone know if Dspace is somehow prepared for this?
