the patch

1557948  Link subjects and authors on item pages
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1557948&group_id=19984&atid=319984

has been committed to dspace but it is not part of 1.4.2 it is part of 
the current trunk.

The config line seems to be a "leftover" of reversing some patches which 
have been committed to 1.4.2 but were not suitable for a minor release.
