Hi everyone.
We are having a problem with our DSpace thumbnails which will not display on
Picture Australia unless the user is logged into DSpace. We believe it may be
due to some permission settings, but we are unable to find out where.
It seems that two identical thumbnails with similar URL's are being produced
for each item. One thumbnail is used on the search/browse results and can be
accessed via its URL directly whether or not the user is logged in. The other
thumbnail is one harvested by Picture Australia and can only be seen on their
website and accessed directly if the user is logged into our DSpace.
Has anyone experienced this problem before or has any idea on what could be the
cause?
