Not directly, no, not without hacking the importer. After import, you can log in as an administrator, Edit the item, and set the primary bitstream from the Edit screen. It can also be done by SQL query in the database once you have the item's handle, but I don't necessarily recommend that (unless you're automating the process externally to DSpace), as the query is a bit complicated.
