I'll repost a question, hoping for someone to have any ideas. I have a
question regarding managing presentation of value-pairs in the endusers'
frontend of DSpace, here an example from languages:
[input-forms]
....
[pair]
[displayed-value]Norwegian[/displayed-value]
[stored-value]nor[/stored-value]
[/pair]
...
"Norwegian" is showing up in drop-down menues when users register their
items, and 'nor' is saved down as metadata. That's nice, but now I want
to show the displayed values in hit lists and in records too (more
specifically dc.tyoe and dc.language). Currently stored-values are shown
instead (and believe it or not, some users do not speak ISO ;-) ).
Ideas where to look for a solution?
