I have been reading this page: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?

in order to incorporate an embargo function into our repository.
However, there appears to be an issue with the embargo.gz file that
has been attached. It seems as if the files in the gz have somehow
become mashed together. If you open the embargo.jsp file that is
created when unzipping the .gz, you will see this.
I was hoping that someone out there had the files from the original
thread, or did not run into the same problem with the .gz that I did.
