Hello:
I have a problem with the encodings in the submission form: I have all the jsps
whith UTF-8 encoding but when I try to submit an item, the enconding is
changed somewhere and it takes iso-8859-1, so when I try to send Spanish
characters like ´,ñ,... , It keeps the wrong words in the database. For
example, España is changed by Espa?a.
I have solved this problem for firefox, I have added in the form tag the
attribute accept-charset= "utf-8" but it doesn´t work in internet explorer.
Could you please help me? I have spent a lot of days trying to solve it, but I
can´t find a solution.
