Hi Gary,

mimetype and format do not appear as your items do not have this metadata.
Since 1.4.1 the ingestion of an item no longer creates dc.format.extent 
and dc.format.mimetype.
This is bitstream no item metadata. As metadata is tied at item level at 
the moment you could not tell which metadata belonged to which bitstream.
