If you want the jspui to appear at http://your-repository.com/dspace
then you need to rename jspui to dspace when you copy it across.

Tomcat uses the same name used in /tomcat/webapps/xxx for the url:
http://your-repository.com/xxx

So if you wanted Manakin to appear as /dspace, then rename xmlui to
dspace when you copy it.

Another alternative is to use a symbolic link to link them up, which has
an added bonus of not having to copy over the file whenever you update
them.
I'm not sure if there are any drawbacks to this, but it is what I have
been doing with 1.5.

Thanks,

Stuart
