Dear All,
I am trying to setup a new Dspace instance, and I am following the steps
provided in the following link:

However, I am facing a problem when I su to the user dspace, and when trying
to create the new database. The error am getting is the following:
createdb: database creation failed: ERROR: permission denied to create
database.
Even if I issue this command as root or postgres user or dspace user. I
think I need to grant user "dspace" permission to create databases, but I
don't know how to do that.
How can I solve this?
