A daft question but whats new - Would I be correct in thinking that in the brave new Maven future software suppliers would make versions of their software available via publicly accessible Maven repositories ? If that is the case should we be pestering suppliers that don't currently do so, rather than downloading jars and sticking them in our local repositories ?
