Apparently (the Cocoon documentation seems incomplete) somewhere there
should be a <map:serialize status-code='404'> in order to do this
properly, but I'm at a loss to know how to conditionalize this. The
PageNotFoundTransformer is the code that "knows" whether the not-found
condition exists and adds the not-found content, but I don't yet see
how a sitemap can get at that knowledge.

The transformer adds a Division named "page-not-found" when the
condition exists, so the knowledge is in the DRI document, but would
someone clue me as to what matcher can dig that out, or what other
datum I can use.

I think this is the last hurdle for getting Google's Webmaster Tools
to work on XMLUI sites. They test for proper not-found status as part
of verification.
