Ewww, if I do it that way then I have to work out the magic CSS class name
that picks out only the Abstract field.

Which leads to another question: is there, somewhere, a dictionary of
CSS classes used in Manakin explaining what they mean? Come to think
of it, is there such a dictionary for JSPUI?

'twould have been sooo much nicer if the field element had dimensional
attributes or children which passed through to the DRI document. I
see code in structural.xsl looking for @rows and @cols attributes that
seem to have no way of getting there.
