The below method in HandleManager retruns the DSpaceObject which helps
to further get more info about the item.
org.dspace.handle.HandleManager.resolveToObject(Context context, String
handle)

I'm using the dspace lucene index to serach dspace externally. I'm able
to get the handle to the items I need for the search results but cant
get the other info about the item. Is there any Dspace Class I can use
to get more info using the handle?
