Hi Zayakh
After making your updates in:
[dspace-source]/dspace/config/dspace.cfg
then from the [dspace-source]/dspace directory, run:
mvn package
then from [dspace-source]/dspace/target/dspace-1.5.x-build.dir/, run:
ant init_configs
