I'm updating to 1.5 from 1.4.2 on my dev box. At this point, my xmlui says:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.dspace.uri.handle.HandleManager This being a dev box, I'd rather not bother setting up the handle server for now. Is there a way to make DSpace not bother with it?
