Yes! :)

Many people do, and of the half dozen or so instances we (a colleague and I)
support for universities other than our own, most are run on Windows Server.

There are a few tweaks you need from the standard build:

 - The scripts need rewriting (or download a patch) as they come as unix
shell scripts. This isn't a big job, we cold send you a copy if you needed
them.

 - The handle server has to be set up a bit differently, but there are full
