Hi Ilan,

you might change the OAI qdc crosswalk 
[dspace-source]/dspace/config/crosswalks/QDC.properties to do this, but 
this would not comply to qualified dublin core anymore see 
http://dublincore.org/documents/2003/02/12/dcmi-terms/#H3 anymore.

Better create your own crosswalk and if you need deploy it via OAI-PMH. 
Take a look at the wiki page 
http://wiki.dspace.org/index.php/CrosswalkPlugins. This along with the 
existing crosswalks in the codebase will provide you with a good 
starting point.
