Yes this was the problem. Many thanks for the tip!
I am on windoze so I did what you have to do to open up permissions there
and now it works. IMO this is something else that is missing from the
manual. In step 8 when it tells you to copy over the jspui and xmlui
directories it should say something about the permissions requirements. What
can be done to get this fed back into whoever maintains that document? Is it
enough to just be mentioning it on this mailing list?
