Hi, I would like to add a new component to the http://wiki.dspace.org/index.php/Change_overall_layout_(JSP) overall layout. How do i change the overall layout template, i can't seem to find a file that contains the overall layout.
I would like to add an overlay CSS menu on top. I would like to do this by adding a new floating <div> tag. I was considering using JavaScript to add the menu, but would like an option to show the menu even if JavaScript is disabled.
