Hi
I have created a collection with Authorization policy "ADD" for submitter
group.
Users from this group are only able to submit in this collection (and not
able to edit the items what they submitted)
which is working as expected I understand.For me there is no issue here.
Concern now is :
I have created a community with Authorization policy "ADD" for a Group . as
similar to above.
But users from this group are able to edit the collection and items along
with new collection creation under this community.(submitted by other
submitters).
Creation of new collection ok.But why is it allowing to edit the
collection/items which is already created archived,which would need to be
allowed for administrator usually.
Though there would not be any issue in this behavior , I want to understand
the true reason behind .
There can be some reason behind this:-
Could you please explain
"A group assigned to Community with ADD policy,brings in effect of editing
collection and items(submitted by others.)?
Which conflicts with the ADD - policy behavior documented and observed for
community&Collection respectively .
