Hi,

The emails in our DSpace are been sent correctly, since we changed the value
of the environment variable LC_ALL to es_MX, for your case I think it would
be es_ES, and we also changed the value of mail.charset to ISO-8859-1

Hope it helps.

Hi Dspacers,

I have a problem with the emails that are sent by dspace to the
administrator (e.g. feedback, registration notify) in spanish. In
/dspace.cfg/ I have uncommented *mail.charset*, so the source
/email.java/ is taking UTF8 as parameter. The emails in spanish appear
with strange characters and I don't know what else could be.

I've checked the solution
http://www.nabble.com/Chinese-titles-td15197547.html but in our version
(1.5.1) this has been already done.

Any idea?
Thanks,
Felipe
