Hi Rui,

We are happily using only DSpace 1.4.2-JSPUI (with Oracle 10g, RHEL-AS-rel4), as it is perfectly serving our library digital assets, on our intranet.
As DSpace was a perfect match for our library needs & the targetted audience (our employees), we did not further explore Alfresco.

best wishes on your exploration!

Hi Gagan,

Did you ever get any feedback on your question, posted to DSpace-Tech
about the integration of DSpace and Alfresco, or did you ever get to
try that integration at all?
I'm interested because, although I've been asked to evaluate a
possible migration from our DSpace to Alfresco, I would like to hear
about experiences of both working together.

Best regards,
Rui Gamito

Hi ,

We are using DSpace for our Library's digital archival management & Alfresco
for overall content mgmt.
Is there anyway to integrate both these, and see that both work seamlessly,
using Alfresco's repository for DSpace.
If so, what are the steps to take?
