Hi Marc, I know that the methodology is debatable. Using e.g ROAR will exclude those, who do not supply an OAI interface. Due to authorization problems up to 1.5.1 many DSpace instances did not enable OAI.
The information was just an answer to a question on one of the lists, no t evaluating the ranking itself.
