You could ask for the whole submission, metadata and all, and use the package importer (described in section 9.4 of the DSpace manual) or the item importer (section 9.5). Or you could even look at item registration in section 9.7 if you are keen to avoid double-copying these files (although they aren't *that* large for copying around on the target host). -- Mark H.
