Hi Islam,
when ask for help to the dspace-lists don't forget to include the
relevant part of the java stack trace.
The Internal server error, is a generic message that DSpace show up to
the end-user when something go wrong, you can find the cause (java stack
trace) in the log file
[dspace-installdir]/log/dspace.log
Anyway, as I can know from your description, it seems that you have
added an entry in a qualdrop_value... as the selection of the dropdown
will be used as qualifier for the dc.identifier you need to add the new
metadata in the "Metadata registry"
