Hi We are running release 1.4.2, does 1.5.x allow the Collection Administrator the ability to change an Item's Authorization? i.e. view and alter the policies of an item, plus alter policies of individual item components: bundles and bitstreams. It would be useful to devolve this activity to the Collection Administrator not the System Administrator.
