I'd agree with Dorothea...a filter skiplist is a pain to manage 
manually.  So, I'd love to have your code in a future release, Richard.

Let me know if I can be of help getting it in, cause I'd also just be 
interested in getting a copy of your code running locally (even before 
the next 1.5.x release).
