My desire is to make sure that when I advertise the service, any failures
that cause the system to be down for a short time does not cause users to
never use the service again. The data that will be put in the DSpace
instances are varying types of digital objects, ie. images, documents,
spatial data, etc, also I potentially will not have any staff to repair the
systems immediately.
Can anyone say whether the postgres database code in DSpace will have any
transaction issues if more than one instance of DSpace uses it.
