The eperson_seq:last_value counter may have fallen out of synch with the
eperson table.

Subject: [Dspace-tech] duplicate key violates unique
constraint"eperson_email_key"

Dear all,

for some time now we have been receiving the following error when a user tries
to register:

Exception:
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicate key violates unique
constraint "eperson_email_key"

Apart from the user trying to register twice, are there any other reasons that
may generate that error?

Thank you for any help provided.
