You know I have actually considered that now that I think about it more,
because right now I have it set so the communities are retrieved from the
database and are sorted by community_id (basically in the order they were
created)

However, my managers may perhaps want to add additional communities later,
and in the process order those in a unique way, which may conflict with the
order they were created.  If that were the case, it may be more logical to
just hard code them, since there aren't likely to be too many more
additional communities created.
