Hello,

did you ran mvn package? E.g.:
C:\dspace-1.5.2-release\dspace> mvn package

After running this you got a directory
C:\dspace-1.5.2-release\dspace\target\dspace-[version].dir
You got to execute ant [target] from this directory.
