Hi Thanh,

When you remove an item, the database marks it as deleted. To get rid of the
files, you'll need to run the cleanup script. In v. 1.4.x, it's location is:
[dspace]/bin/cleanup. (Not sure where it moved in 1.5.x.)

I believe that you won't be able to delete an item and run cleanup immediately,
though. Only deleted bitstreams that are of a certain age will be deleted.
