It parses a delimited text file into DSpace's DC format and also generates the files and package structure for DSpace's Batch Importer. However, it still requires some metadata editing within your spreadsheet and/or text editor. It's a bit confusing so I made an attempt at cleaning up the instructions. I can send them should you decide to go that route.
