\[dspace-1.5.2-src-release]\dspace-api\src\main\java\org\dspace
The above is for some core api like e-mail.
\[dspace-1.5.2-src-release]\dspace-jspui\dspace-jspui-api\src\main\java\org\dspace\app\webui
This one is for functionality related api s.
