Hi Lewatle,the item and its bitstream derive their resource policies from the DEFAULT_ITEM_READ and DEFAULT_BITSTREAM_READ of the owning collection during submission. Once submitted, changing the rights of a collection does not affect its items. You can change policies using wildcard via the administration -> authorization -> advanced item/wildcard policy tool
