Hi Hardik

Now I manage to see where it was a problem, there is a table called
metadatavalue, that is where my item reference in as a results by just changing
values in that table my URI is fixed.

Thanks

Subject: Handle Prefix

Hello Mr. Lewatle

I got your problem that URI is still showing
http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7178 in Item.

This is because in your database handles are not updated.

The script in update-handle-prefix is to be used but as you have mentioned
it is failed.

I will revert back with solution ASAP.

Hi Hardik

I am not saying URL but URI(identifier),
When I open http://localhost:8080/jspui
and click on one of my DSpace community, click again on one of my
collections and click on title button, then click on title name of my item,
you will see info about that item,
on the web page that is what I see :

Please use this identifier to cite or link to this item:
http://hdl.handle.net/1900/7178

Title:News

If you may check you will see that handle prefix on my URI:
http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7178
is never changed to new one which i updated to 1900 like URI:
http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/7178, but the one that appears above on the
web page you will see that it has changed.
Remember this number i never got it from handle.net is just a number that i
use for test so that after it worked I will replace it with the identifier
that i will be getting from handle.net.

On my web brouser if i type http://localhost:8080/jspui/handle/1900/7178
it open the above page, the only problem is URI on the page and this happens
for only old files if i add item to a collection it uses 1900 everywhere as
i require even on URI:

Lewatle
